Solo travellers · Couples · Family of four · Group of six · Group of eight · Corporate · Wedding parties · Ski & golf trips
A modern, mixed-brand private hire fleet built around five vehicle classes that match how customers actually travel — the Executive Saloon for solo and pair journeys, the Estate Car for families with surplus luggage, the discreet Executive Mercedes / BMW / Audi for corporate arrivals, the 6-Seat MPV for groups of five or six, and the 8-Seater Transporter for full corporate teams and large family parties. Every vehicle PHV-licensed, every driver DBS-checked, every booking flight-monitored.
Whether you are travelling solo on a business flight, taking the whole family on holiday, or moving a corporate team to a Heathrow departure together, we have a vehicle class to match the booking. The fleet is a deliberate mix of manufacturers — Toyota Corolla and Toyota Prius hybrids for efficiency on the saloon and 6-seat MPV lines, premium Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series and Audi A6 for the Executive tier, and Volkswagen, Ford and Skoda for estate and minibus capacity. Every vehicle is cleaned daily, serviced on schedule, and inspected to local-authority hire-and-reward standard.
The everyday workhorse of the fleet — Toyota Prius or Toyota Corolla hybrid, 1-3 passengers, two large suitcases plus carry-on. Economical, comfortable for short and medium airport runs, and the right vehicle for solo business travellers, couples, and parents on a quiet pickup. The hybrid drivetrain keeps fuel costs and emissions down on the long M25 and M1 motorway legs.
When the luggage matters more than the headcount. The Estate adds boot length and depth versus the Saloon, swallowing four large hold cases, a folded pram, or a golf bag with a wheeled cabin case beside it. The right pick for a family of four going on a longer holiday, golfers heading to a links trip, or a couple flying out with ski equipment. Same chauffeur standards as every other class.
Premium executive saloon class — Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6 or equivalent. Leather interior, bottled water in the rear console, complimentary phone-charging cable. No taxi roof signs, no door stickers — the car is visually indistinguishable from a private executive vehicle. The right pick for board-level corporate arrivals, hotel pickups, weddings, and VIP transfers where discretion matters as much as comfort.
Where the Estate runs out of seats and the 8-Seater is too much vehicle. The 6-Seat MPV gives flexible second- and third-row seating for up to six passengers with four to five large cases — typical for a family of five or six, a small corporate team, or four travellers with surplus hold luggage. Sliding-door access, raised cabin for easier boarding with children, individual climate control front and rear.
The maximum-capacity solution. Eight passengers in three rows of forward-facing seating plus a separate sealed boot compartment for seven to eight cases — no luggage in the cabin, no compromise on legroom. The right vehicle for a full corporate team flying out together, a school trip, a stag or hen weekend, a ski party of eight, or a wedding party transfer. Significantly cheaper than splitting the group across two saloons.
Class differences are about size and cabin trim. The licensing, insurance, vehicle-age and driver-vetting standards are identical across the entire fleet — these are the non-negotiables.
Every vehicle in the fleet is licensed by the local authority for private hire (hire-and-reward) use. Licence discs displayed, paperwork audited annually.
Full commercial hire-and-reward motor insurance on every vehicle — not a domestic policy, not a Class-1 business extension. The right cover for paid passenger transport.
Every chauffeur holds a current Private Hire Driver Licence and has passed an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Renewed on the licensing authority's cycle.
No tired older vehicles. Every car in active service is under five years old, MOT-inspected, regularly serviced, and visually presentable for a customer paying a premium fixed fare.
Live GPS on every vehicle. Dispatch can see exact location, route, and ETA at all times — useful for live flight-tracking pickups and for customer ETA accuracy.
Rear-facing carrier, forward-facing toddler seat, or high-back booster — available on request at no extra charge. Add the child's age in the booking Notes and the right seat is fitted before pickup.
Choose by the headcount and the luggage, not by the brand. The booking widget picks the class — the dispatcher picks the specific vehicle on the day.

A common customer question — "will the exact car shown on this page turn up?" Here is the four-step process behind the booking.
The booking widget asks for passenger count and luggage count, then suggests the right vehicle class — Saloon, Estate, Executive, 6-Seat MPV or 8-Seater. You confirm the class. That class is the contractual minimum capacity for your booking.
Twenty-four hours ahead of pickup, dispatch matches your booking to a specific PHV-licensed chauffeur and vehicle based on shift coverage and journey distance. You receive an email with the driver's name and contact number.
You always get a vehicle of the class you booked or higher. If you book a Saloon and the only available vehicle for that slot is an Estate or Executive, you get the upgrade at no extra charge. We never substitute downwards.
Within a class, the specific make depends on which driver is rostered. A Saloon booking might arrive as a Toyota Prius or a Toyota Corolla. A 6-Seat MPV booking might arrive as a Ford or a Volkswagen. The capacity, condition, licensing and insurance are identical — the badge on the bonnet may vary.
Fixed fares, no surge pricing, no meter, no cancellation fee until 12 hours before pickup.
